Chairman/Founder Bill began in the utility business when he was 10 years old, working with his father Cliff Bosch, product manager of AB Chance Company. He was destined to follow in his footsteps and now he has 32 years of his own career in the electric utility industry. His experience includes 16 years in Las Vegas, 11 years in Vermont managing a municipal and coop, and 5 years in Georgia managing investor owned, and a municipality. Accomplishments over his career include 2011 Hall of Fame inductee, receiving an RP 3 Award – National Recognition for Reliable Electric Operations, installing CSM, AMR, AMI, outage management and many other operations advances. Bill also sits on the Electric Cities of Georgia Board of Directors and is Chairman and founder of the National Association of Journeyman Lineman. Bill is married to Karen and they have five children and one grandchild.

Brandon has been in the electric industry for 13 years and is now a Training and Safety Specialist for Electric Cities of Georgia. Brandon started his career with Pike Electric Inc. and soon moved to Marietta Power where he worked as a First Class Lineman before taking his current position at ECG. Brandon is dedicated to teaching safe work practices and training up and coming linemen.

Jon Beasley

Board Member

Jon brings over 30 years of lineman experience to the board. Jon currently is the Superintendent of Training and Safety for ECG (Electric Cities of Georgia). He has actively trained line workers in three states for more than 60 cities consisting of over 500 students. Jon coordinates and leads utility crews on disaster response/mutual aid for natural disasters. Jon is an active member of the “Lineman’s Rodeo” and continues to serve as Master Judge of the APPA Line workers Rodeo Competition. He currently serves on the APPA E&O Section and Safety Committee.
